ProFito Pond is a highly concentrated, complete fertilizer which contains iron, potassium, manganese and many other vital nutrients. A very economical, extra complete plant nutrition for strong, healthy and lush plant growth in ponds. Does not contain any nitrates or phosphates.Daily dosage:5 ml per 100 litres, once per week. It's also possible to add 1/7 of the total dosage on a daily basis. For the first couple of weeks, use about 1/3 of the dosage. This can later be adjusted to attain the best possible growth rate ( 10 ml +/- 40% per 100 litres weekly). The best dosage can be determined by observing the youngest leaves of the plant. If they are light green, then the dosage can be increased. When algae should appear and/or no further growth enhancement of the plants can be observed, then the dosage may be reduced. The introduction of some fast-growing plants can be very helpful to prevent algae. For our full range, see our website at http://seasideaquatics.co.uk. For our range on eCRATER, see our shop.P&PPostage charges: as per eCRATER guidelines, "Sellers can charge reasonable P&P fees to cover the costs for mailing, packaging, and handling the items that they sell.", so the P&P charges reflect these costs. The P&P will include the cost of the stamp, the cost of the packaging, and the time it takes to select your item, pack it and post it.Combined P&P: P&P can be combined on all items. At the very least, a £0.05 discount can be given and at the most, the P&P for additional items may be free. P&P will only be combined if you wait for an invoice before paying, P&P refunds will normally not be given once you have paid, but if you think that you are eligible for one, please contact us.Packaging: recycling by reusing is the most environmentally friendly form of recycling: packaging will be reused whenever possible. This will not affect the P&P cost because hacking used packaging takes more time than using new packaging.Labels: labels can be added for £0.10 each.Collection: you are welcome to collect your purchases in person at a pre-arranged time within five working days of the purchase. If you collect your purchases, you will not have to pay any P&P costs.Insurance: packages worth over £46.00 will always require signature on delivery within UK. Insurance for packages sent elsewhere in the world varies.DispatchWorking days: we consider Monday to Friday to be working days. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.Dispatch time: delivery estimates are detailed in each individual listing, these include the dispatch time and the delivery time.Dry goods: dry goods that are paid for before 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same day.Perishable goods: plants and perishable foods are normally dispatched only on Monday through Thursday because they will perish if they become stuck in the post over the weekend. We occasionally dispatch plants on Fridays to meet the expected delivery time estimates, if your plants are going to be dispatched on a Friday, you will be notified.Delivery outside the UKPostage: we do not post all items to all countries. You can check whether postage is available to your country under the "Postage and payments" tab for each listing. If postage is not available, we may be able to post the item to your country if you contact us first.Customs and import duty: the buyer is responsible for all customs and import duties. Information on the customs declaration form will not be falsified.Plants: plants will only be dispatched on the Monday after payment. By requesting delivery to an address outside the UK, you agree that we are not responsible for the condition of the plants on arrival. This term exists because we are not willing to take on the risk of foreign postal services, but do support and promote the hobby in other countries. We will do our best to pack the plants in a way that will keep them fresh for delivery. PaymentIf we do not receive payment, nor any contact from you, within four days of the purchase, an unpaid item case will be opened so that we can recoup the selling fees. If you pay before the case is closed, your purchase and the feedback that we leave you will not be affected. Sustainability We aim to use as much recycled and recyclable packaging as possible. We reuse packaging whenever possible, we only buy unbleached packaging, we do not buy bubblewrap (although we reuse it), we try to use paper (recyclable) tape and try to pack your items in such a way that you can reuse the packaging.FeedbackDry goods: feedback for dry goods is usually left at first opportunity after payment, it is very appreciated if the buyer reciprocates once they have received the item.Perishable goods: feedback for perishable goods will normally be left only after the buyer has left feedback because these can become damaged through no fault of our own, for example if they are delayed in the post, in which case we will do our best to rectify the situation.Problems If there are any problems with the item on delivery, you must send a photo clearly showing the problem and a full description of the problem for every item within 12 hours of delivery. We recommend that photos of plants are taken on a white background, for example on a white towel or a sheet of paper. ReturnsThe cost of P&P for returns will be covered by the buyer.Dry goods: returns are accepted on all non-perishable goods under distance trading regulations.Perishable goods: returns are not accepted on any perishable goods, such as plants, frozen foods and live foods.
